This band is based in Melbourne, Australia. I first heard of them when they performed on David Letterman's show a couple of years ago and thought, "oh, they're fun!" The feeling I get from most of their stuff is very...laid back party music. If that makes sense. Anyway, from there I picked up that album, and I recently bought their latest, So Many Nights. I have been addicted to it for the past week. :P
